These are made for sublimation, although heat press temperatures may vary. Recommended setting is 400 degrees for 45-60 seconds. Test what works for you. The hat comes with an adhesive but you can use your favorite craft glue to apply such as E6000 also. Lint roll your patch and pre-press to remove moisture. Make sure you use blowout/ butcher paper when pressing to absorb excess sublimation ink.
