Sublimation Print Settings for Satin Polyester (Clack Fan Fabric Only):

To achieve vibrant and lasting results:

• Temperature: 380°F – 400°F (best results at 385°F–390°F)
• Time: 45–60 seconds
• Pressure: Light to medium
• Lint Roll & Pre-Press: Always lint roll and pre-press for 5 seconds to remove moisture
• Protective Sheets: Use blowout paper above and below to prevent ink bleed
• Orientation: Ensure the sublimation print is face down against the fabric and secured with heat tape to prevent ghosting
