Pine Laser Settings:
- 35W 600DPI 50 Speed 55 Power
- 60W 600DPI 55 Speed 40 Power
- 120W 400DPI 70Speed 35Power
Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.

Settings will vary depending on the Brand watt and model


Lasering:

1. Place in laser so item is flat and level

2. Pine Wood items are front engraving only

3. Pine Wood items may be masked and paint filled using 592U high tack
transfer tape. Remove masking right
away once paint is dry to avoid damaging the finish of the product.


Clean up:

1. After lasering clean with LAZERCLEAN if paint filled remove mask


Tips:

- Testing for correct marking position laser on a test piece or tape a clear

piece of plastic on laser image to see if it is centered correctly

- Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides

- Do not disturb paint filled areas if cleanup is needed after removing mask
