I order prints 11/17 and got 11/11

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you believe you received the wrong size for your DTF small product. Although you ordered 11/17 your design size was11x11 which is sufficient size for your order. We will not stretch your design it will remain proportionate. Thank you for your feedback.
